Dry Creek Vineyard - Sonoma County, California

"Dry Creek Vineyard was the first new winery established in the Dry Creek Valley after Prohibition. It was David Stare’s vision to plant Sauvignon Blanc that firmly cemented the winery’s legacy as one of California’s most important wineries." - Dry Creek Vineyard

Located in Sonoma County, California, Dry Creek Vineyard was founded in 1972 by David S. Stare. Family owned and operated, the vineyard is now run by second generation family members, including David's daughter, Kim Stare Wallace and her husband Don Wallace. They take pride in their 185 acres of vineyards and strive to provide the best wines possible.

Featuring their insectary garden, beekeeping, and The Dry Creek Habitat Enhancement and Demonstration Project, they strive to provide a vineyard that is 100% Certified Sustainable. “Sustainability is not the destination – sustainability is the journey.  We are constantly adjusting our business practices as we improve our knowledge of how to better exist within nature.” –  Winery Partner Don Wallace

Dry Creek Vineyard also hosts a variety of events throughout the year including their Summer Zinfandel Dinner, Summer of Zin, and Sailing Adventure. Click here for a full list of their summer events.
