Most Romantic Wines For Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is the day we celebrate love, romance, and relationships. You can celebrate with chocolate and candies, flowers, and teddy bears, but our favorite way to celebrate is with wine. Sharing a bottle of wine over a candle-lit dinner is highly romantic... but don't choose just any bottle of wine. Here are some of the most romantic wines you can celebrate with on Valentine's Day:

Amarone
This Italian wine is made in the Veneto region of Italy. Produced from Corvina and Rondinella grapes that are dried all winter after the harvest, this wine is vinified dry and is deep in flavor. It has a velvety texture and dark fruit flavors.

Bordeaux
Produced in the Bordeaux region of France, these red wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec. They are generally made from a variety of grapes that are traditionally crushed by foot.

Green Wines
Eco-friendly wines are becoming more and more popular. Valentine's Day may be the best time to try these wines that are produced without chemical fertilizers, antibiotics, synthetic hormones, artificial ingredients, genetic engineering, fungicides, preservatives, or irradiation.

Spanish Wines
Produced in Spain with a sultry and spicy flavor, Spanish wines follow closely with their country of origin's style. Up the passion of your Valentine's Day with a Spanish wine.

Lambrusco
Lambrusco is a wonderful mix of a sparkling wine and a red. This wine is delicious when served chilled and pairs nicely with cheese and chocolate... Perfect for a romantic Valentine's Day!
